This four-day/five-night ceremonial gathering is a homecoming to the shamanic medicine of the Earth—a remembering of the wisdom woven into our bones, passed down through ancestral lines across all lands.

Our activations begin the month before with digital Zoom calls on the Full and New moons
Thematic elemental teachings.
Participants will start the day with a wisdom teaching exploring how to work with each element: Fire, Mineral, Water/Air, and Earth.
Ceremonial community activations.
Ritual and ceremonial explorations of each element’s medicine and how to work with it.
Community wisdom exchange.
Daily wisdom exchanges that centers the knowledge living in the community web.
Deep time in nature.
Take a walk in the pine forest, visit the pond and meet the beaver family, bathe in the river, or sun yourself in the grass.

Gather with us for four delicious days at Wildsong Gaian Sanctuary the Full Moon weekend of August 7-12th.

This is an all-inclusive experience; shared accommodation, nourishing food, and all ritual supplies are provided.
Our gathering will be held at Wildsong Gaian Sanctuary, a regenerative eco-lodge on 150 acres of wild land just outside Bethel, NY – also known as the birthplace of the iconic 1969 Woodstock festival.
All foods are locally sourced by our incredible chefs.
Please note that flights and transportation are not included. However, we can arrange transportation from Monticello bus station for a small additional fee.

About Our Pricing
Lodging Payment: 550-1500 USD
Retreat Payment: 1500 USD
To create accessibility and transparency around pricing, we have broken down the costs into two payments: lodging and tuition.
Lodging costs vary depending on whether you are interested in a private or shared room or a bunk. Your lodging fee is non-refundable.
The retreat tuition payment covers all other expenses: catered food and snacks, facilitator fees, utilities, and ritual supplies.

How to Register
Book your room.
In order to provide accessible pricing and transparency around our retreat prices, participants must book their room directly with Wildsong. This allows you to select the best room for your needs, as well as request a roommate if you have someone in mind. Please note that your room fee is non-refundable, and required in order to complete your registration for One With The Mother.
Complete your registration form.
This helps us get to know you as well as collect important information about how we can create the most optimal experience for you. This is also your opportunity to indicate if you’d like to share a talk, workshop, experience, or activation in the community wisdom exchange part of the program.
Submit your retreat tuition payment.
One With The Mother has broken down retreat costs into two main payments: lodging, and everything else (otherwise known as retreat tuition). Your second payment covers the costs associated with running a large retreat: catered food and snacks, utilities, facilitator fees, and ritual supplies. We are able to break this payment down into two or three payments depending on your timeline and financial need, so if you are committed to attending but can’t pay in full, please reach out to us asap to discuss a payment plan.

Once you’ve booked your room, completed your registration form, and made your tuition payment, you will receive a welcome email with all the necessary information to begin your journey. This email will include dates and links to join our Full/New Moon ritual activation calls leading up to the journey, as well as what to expect, and what to bring.
